Excellent central location and very very helpful staff. Walking distance to commercial centres and shops across the street. Choose classic single room with a bar which was apparently a graduation party and view over a church.

The employees were very helpful. The room was spotless and there were a safe box, TV, and a fridge. I had an exceptionally comfortable bed for great sleep. The service was good in my opinion...

Nice modern hotel with its entrance right at the entrance of the city's pedestrian zone with shops and idyllic street restaurants within only a couple of minutes' walk. We were offered to park our motorcycles in the hotel's back yard at no extra cost by the friendly clerk.

Comfortable beds; one wing of the hotel was a historic tower in the town wall.
The pool and spa area was stuck in the 1980s and needs refurbishing badly. The room was large, but had rather clinical, bleak decoration. There were no free toiletries or other complimentary items which I would expect in a four star hotel - it felt like an upmarket Travelodge.

The hotel is in centrum. Nice service from the personnel. The swimming pool is good even though it is not big. Remember to ask the personnel for the parking coin when you pick up your car, otherwise it will cost 15 Eur/day.
The blanket is very hot.

The rooms here are spacious and fancy, and the bathroom is spotless with a bathtub. Everything was just right, so I'd definitely choose to stay here again. 🌟

Our room was nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very stylish. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced for the quality of food. It's extremely convenient for the train station and it has its own multistorey car park.
There were two main issues: the room was terribly noisy, as it looked out on the town but the windows afforded no noise protection ( I had to sleep in earplugs!). There was also no blind on the (attractive) top window, meaning the room was very light. Breakfast was really rather expensive, so we didn't have it. Opposite the hotel is a bistro, called 'Papillon' which serves a good range of German breakfasts, with endless tea or coffee, at a fraction of the hotel price. Similarly, there are a range of cafes in town.

Can't really judge this because we only stayed one night.
Considering the price per room is not inclusive of breakfast, there were no complementary tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which are usually provided as standard in four star hotels. Bathrobes and slippers were also lacking, which I have always received in other four star hotels. This is not a huge criticism, but something to think about.

We enjoyed our week-long stay at this venue, especially having a room with a bathtub and interacting with the attentive and friendly staff.

Clean, good value for the money. Pool and sauna an added bonus.
Room overlooked loading area, so very noisy in the morning. Since the hotel mainly targets business travelers, they would be up by 7am, so probably not an issue.

No Internet connection in room !!! Impossible to call 800 N. ,or calling cards numbers - very frustrating to tourists! No help from staff . Either they do not know and are not helpful or their supervisor was very RUDE to us ! Only about 4TV FREE channels the rest are PAY TV !!! Breakfast which was included last year costs 13 EUROS !!! We stayed in 3 other hotels in Germany during this visit and all were great ,even though not as fancy...so we could have compared. Sorry and thanks
